This is an older picture of Koan and Lucy in their old backyard down in Houston. Lucy is getting on the older side for a dane, she is 6 but you would never know it by the way she runs around our new backyard.

- Lucy The Great Dane
- This is Lucy's Blog. Lucy is a big lovable fawn Great Dane. Lucy loves to eat, sleep and be pet not always in that order. I have never had a Great Dane before Lucy but it is likely I will have one for the rest of my life. Kona also gets more than her fair share of time on the blog. She is our english lab but she things she is a human being, I think. Lucy was the inspiration for my pet store, www.lucysdoghouse.net. We carry great pet products for dogs and their owners and Lucy and Kona admirably test out as many of the dog supplies in the store as possible.

Oh Lucy you look lovely for an elder dane...just like me only I'm older. I still play like a puppy at times only in very short spurts.
